At times it is necessary to add an attribute to a constituent’s record when an attribute of the same category, different attribute value, already exist on the record. These are not one-per-record attributes, and can be added manually to the constituent’s record. Currently, CRM does not allow these attributes to be added via the global change feature. Having the ability to globally add these attributes is needed when there are a large number of records that has to be updated at once.
