make it easy to change designation on a planned gift

When a planned gift is created 3 records are actually created: • Planned Gift (with a designation) • Planned Gift Revenue – the designation defaults from the planned gift • Payment applied to Planned Gift Revenue - the designation defaults from the planned gift revenue There is no way to change the designation on these at one time. These cannot be changed using a revenue update batch either. Some clients require their users to make all changes to revenue in revenue update batch and that cannot be accomplished here. The designation must also be changed 3 separate times.

    We need the ability to change a designation if the donor decides to change where the planned gift funds will be allocated.  Just as in the idea description, we need to be able to edit the designation in all three places with a single function instead of changing it in three different places.
