When a user goes online and creates a new sign-up, that sign-up cannot be processed if they are already linked to a BBIS record. We would like an easy way to send the user an email with their username and instructions on how to reset their password if they don't remember it. A task or button in the New User Sign-up batch would be extremely helpful.
