The ability to set employee information to a future date

Currently when adding a constituents occupation information the date can not be in the future. But some time it is already known the start dates ahead of time. it would be useful to be able to put in future dates

I can add positions with a future start date only IF it is for a new employment/org relationship. However, if a constituent is just changing positions at that same org, I can end-date current position prior to actual end date, but I cannot add new position with a future start date.
