enhance the duplicate constituent report and merge preview
to also show all duplicate matching criteria, particularly birth date and email address. At the moment only address information is shown (100% match for constituents with completely different addresses).
The full information will help with manual screening.

The report needs to show Site as well. Until these extra fields are added it is very difficult to use the report to correctly evaluate whether the records are a match or not.
