allow users to assign code table entry permissions for address types

We would like to restrict which user roles can view addresses by address type. Currently users can see all address types. We would like the functionality that already exists for constituent documentation to be extended to the constituent address type table as well.

I would like to restrict users ability to view Interaction Note, Attachments, Media Link by Type.

So the "Interaction Note Type", "interaction Attachment Type" and Interaction Media Link Type" within the Major Giving Category be included in the Code Table Entry Permissions.
