allow users to add scholarship recipients via import or batch Merged

We have a long list of scholarship recipients that need to be added to a fundraising purpose.  There currently isn't a way to do this in batch or via a business process.  Any functionality that can be added to prevent manually entering these records one-by-one would be very useful.
