allow users to globally add or import new volunteer records and volunteer types

We need to enter several thousand records as volunteers, but we also want to set their volunteer types with the import.  A constituent update batch allows us to add the constituency to the record, but there isn't a good way of adding the rest of the information on the volunteers.

    Matt just to confirm, the Blackbaud application has a volunteer module but  no way to bulk upload volunteers and Blakcaud is not making any plans to address this issue.  Can you explain why Blackbaud is not addressing this issue?

    We currently do not have plans to address this, but we will continue to monitor this idea for future consideration.
