Allow Event Registration payments to be linked to an accepted opportunity Merged

Today we create accepted opportunities for donors who agree to purchase tickets or a table to our benefit events.  When the payment comes in, we are unable to link that payment to the associated opportunity as we are with other types of payments.

    This work is planned for 5.0.  You will be able to link event registrations,  matching gifts and planned gifts to opportunities.
