Add Website to 'Organization Information' tile on Constituent View v4.0

Allow Website to be on the 'Organization Information' tile on the
constituent screen.

In v3.0 it was an easy link on top.

In v4.0 the tile would be better if the tile could be changed by the user to have
needed info showing, and not needed info hidden.

In our case Employees Not used, but website is.

    Tiles can be customized to include any information needed.  The SDK has detailed instructions on creating customized tiles.
