Show read-only sytem IDs in Design Mode / Page Designer

It would be nice if the Page Designer window would show a read-only system record ID field for Pages, Tabs, Sections, and Actions. This would be really useful for developers that need to make reference to existing artifacts when using AlterExistingPage tabs in Package Specs.
