Add a prompt when entering Application users which tells you whether the account already exists

When entering Application users, we would like to see a prompt warning if the application user already exists within the application.  This could help avoid overwriting existing accounts linked to Windows users.

    We do not currently have plans to add duplicate detection when adding an application user.  We will keep this in mind when reviewing future enhancements to this functional area.
