allow the ability to import revenue updates via Revenue Update Batch

Currently Revenue Update Batch cannot be used with import. If you try to create an import from the Revenue Update Batch template you receive the error: The selected batch template does not allow data to be imported via the import business process.

    Bulk Import supports the ability to update recurring gifts. This idea will remain open for voting as it is requesting complete support for Revenue Update Batch through standard import.
