When creating a new page with a data list, there are actions that can be assigned to a row via a button. E.g. if a row has a constituent record you can assign a button action 'Go to constituent'. In 3.0, it being WebShell, there are a multitude of places where a data list row is a hyperlink, basically replacing the button.

There should be functionality added that would make this more accessible from Web Shell without having to use a customization.
