Ability to log all reads to the database

Currently Blackbaud CRM has the ability to audit all inserts and updates to a constituent record. We would like to track all individuals that have also viewed the record. Our database contains high profile individuals and would like to track who was in a constituent record when a data breach has happened. We are unable to retrieve that information currently.

    Rice University would further support more visibility into user access into our environment. customer-accessible security logging, SIEM integration, Syslog feeds, or authentication monitoring. Our ISO requests access to, or reporting from, application security logs, customer-accessible SIEM integrations, syslog feeds, real-time security event streams, or customer-configurable authentication monitoring and alerting for Blackbaud-hosted CRM environments.
