We have the ability in query to filter fields on the values of other output fields. However, this ability is absent in export definitions - as far as we can tell, we can only filter output fields on manually-entered constant values. This means that we have to manually edit our export definitions each time these values change. It would make it a lot easier and also more consistent with query if you added this ability to export definitions.
