Calculate membership installment plan payment receipt amounts with benefits
As a membership transaction processor, I want benefit amount to be properly incorporated into default installment plan receipt amounts, so that I'm not receipting a member until their installment payments have covered the value of the benefit(s) they received as part of joining the program.
