Add an Invidiual from Batch Revenue Constituent Search screen -- title and suffix lookup lists are too narrow

The lookup list is so narrow that there is no way to see the full value without hovering the mouse over it.

The lookup lists are fine on the Add an Individual form from the Constituents functional area.
