Add the ability to “Suppress Duplicates before COUNT”   or  “Suppress Duplicates before COUNT, SUM, & arithmetic functions”. 

In Query, when the user clicks to suppress duplicates, the results are as expected when not including a COUNT() in the output. However, if you click to suppress duplicates and the query includes a COUNT() in the output, then we would expect the COUNT() to not count the duplicates.
