Add the department field to the business tab in the add an individual form

Currently most employed constituents, linked to organisations, will need to have a job title and department defined. The business tab in the add an individual form currently only shows job title of these 2 fields which means that the record needs to be edited to have the department added. It would save this step (and mean the field was less often forgotten) if the department could be added via the add an individual form in the business tab.
