link a vendor record in Comms and Marketing to a constituent record

Vendor records should be linked to a constituent record in CRM so when an address and other details are updated in CRM they are reflected in the vendors area in communications and marketing.

    When you add a vendor, you cannot search to see if the vendor exists. CRM adds the vendor as a constituent, which potentially creates a duplicate record and requires the user to have to deduplicate. We believe this is not intuitive functionality in its current state.
