Default filter to All Dates for Donor Challenge Encumbered Funds tab
When adding a Gift to the Encumbered Funds tab in a Donor Challenge, the gift is not visible due to the filter being defaulted to "Today". After changing the filter to "All Dates", the newly added gift is visible.
