Add a field to the event add form to specify remote access information whether a conference phone number or webcast link

Smaller events such as committee meetings these days are very often joined remotely. We need some place to store this information to be able to surface it on reports for communication to attendees and facilitators. This field should also be added to the Event profile report, and registration confirmation functionality.
