Add Address Type, Address Start Date, and Address Information Source as fields in an Enhanced Revenue Batch

My organization would like the fields below added to Enhanced Revenue Batches. Because these fields aren't available in an ERB, when our constituents donate through BBIS, my colleagues and I find ourselves having to manually add this information to constituents records outside of a batch, which introduces potential complications (data entry errors/issues, overwriting valid information, users forgetting to make these changes, etc.) that could be avoided if these fields were added to ERBs.
