Include the Add Prospects to Request button in My Prospect Research Page

After going into My Prospect Research Page, in the Prospects functional area, I would like to have the "Add Prospects to Request" button appear on the task pane. The button, ideally, then should allow me to search for the research request that I want to add prospects to.
