Have an option to make a copy of import file template

Add a Copy option for import file templates.  This would be very handy when we are building a new import file template which is similar to an existing one.  The copy should ask for the new import file and keep the field mapping where the fields are named the same.  It is very tedious remapping the fields on a large file when we make slight changes.

    This was shipped in the first release of Bulk Import in Q2 2018.  Bulk Import is available to the majority of our hosted customers.

    I'm glad it's available in Bulk Import but Bulk Import is still not available in Australia as far as I know, and in any case we've been told that Bulk Import is not intended to replace Import.

    This is only available as part of Bulk Import? Bulk Import is not a replacement for the normal import yet and solving this with BI doesn't seem like it actually addresses this issue.
