As our organization uses BBEC from the US and Europe, we had to replace the Individual search with the Constituent Search in order to utilize the Country Search Field.  But we have found that causes other issues (e.g. Add Individual Relationship).  The individual search has "Country" as a filter, but it is hidden.  Please open up the ability to search by country in the Individual Search.
