Global changes has too few options - needs to be expanded, even customizable!

Please include ability to globally edit or delete letter code from selection or revenue records.

As an example, when adding or changing interactions or attributes, we should be able to add or change every field present on the record - e.g., for an interaction: Summary, Status, Category, Subcategory, Expected date, Expected start time, Expected end time, Time zone, Owner, Contact method, Event, Actual date, Actual start time, Actual end time, Comments and Participant.  Dates should all be able to be set to 'today/date this process runs'.

One thing I'd like to see inthe Global Change capability is to be able to update planned steps to pending or completed.

I completely agree, and it's not only in data cleanup, but in various core business processes.  Please, Blackbaud, give us a generic Global Change equivalent to the functionality in RE.
