Allow change of how many days before warning on Prospect Plan Steps to fewer or more days as needed.
Allow the fundraising manager to change the availability before the warning shows up in the Prospect Plan Steps, as some steps could remain open for longer than 90 days, and to choose whether or not to see the warning.
