Make recurring gift installment (FACT_RECURRINGGIFTINSTALLMENT*) tables at the lineitem level, similar to installment (FACT_INSTALLMENT*) tables are for pledges. The recurringgift tables are at the transaction level, while the installment tables are at the line item level. Need ability to tie the recurring gift payment to the installment to the original gift.
