Some of our staff who are evaluating BB CRM against Salesforce NGO Connect really like the search functionality that Salesforce provides. It gives the ability to search through all information on a constituent record -- notes, documentation, interactions, etc by entering a key word. This is one of the features they suggest makes Salesforce a better product and we would like to be able to say that BB CRM could do the same thing.
