Change designations or allow to be blank for opportunities without the Solicitor becoming unlinked

When a designation is changed in batch the solicitor becomes unlinked from the opportunity. We need to be able to change the designation without the solicitor losing credit.

    This is a huge issue that creates need for audits across departments that use up a lot of time and creates doubt in reports when a gift falls off because a solicitor loses credit-

    Thanks for the comment, it helps with prioritization. We have no plans as of now, but we're always looking for what makes the biggest impact to the largest group of users.

    I have seen many KB articles and ideas regarding this, it seems like a major issue that Blackbaud has yet to address, will this ever be fixed?
