After adding an Event Registration to the Application dropdown in an Enhanced Revenue Batch, the user is unable to add the solicitor (button gets grayed out) to the gift (Event Registration Payment) in batch.

If a solicitor may be connected to an event revenue payment, the user should be able to add it in batch in a more efficient workflow. Having to commit a batch and then open each transaction that should have a solicitor one-by-one creates considerably more work for the gift processor, and also creates more opportunity for data entry errors.
