provide an option to limit the types of 'pending' interactions that are sent to outlook

Right now, if we run the Create Exchange Calendar Items, all pending interactions are sent from CRM, even if they do not make sense as calendar items. For example, I want things like meetings and calls to go over, but not other interactions I have entered as tickles or process steps. Need to be able to further filter/limit the interactions/steps that are pulled in for exchange -- maybe by contact method (table interaction type). This makes the feature potentially unusable for us as too much junk information will wind up on the outlook calendar.
