Enhance the new Enqueue feature to include scheduled processes and queues

This will allow users to have control over running processes and still utilize the Enqueue benefit of seamlessly running in the background.

Without this - it is, unfortunately, a useless feature for us. With have 500+ acknowledgment processes and were looking forward to this. Now I'm sad :-(

All of our acknowledgement letter processes are done using a queue process. We would like the Enqueue feature to work with these queues. If site A and site B run their queue at the same time, we would like to see those queues (or at least the processes within the queue) get Enqueued.
