Organization constituent as Fundraiser

We partner with other organizations and would like to include them as fundraisers on plans. You currently cannot have an organization constituent as a fundraiser to allow for them to be a solicitor on a plan. We don't want to use an individual in their place and we don't want to create a duplicate individual record for them just to accomplish this.

    Typically a Development Officer is partnering with the Fundraising partner, so it helps them manage that work within existing structures (i.e. use the Organization's Fundraiser Tab to manage that content.)  We do not want the DO to be listed as primary plan manager in these cases.
