Ability to delete multiple queries at the same time

When deleting queries we would like the option to select multiples rather than having to go through each of them individually.

    The current SP, with Query Dependencies does not appear to be a complete list. There are still connections around that prohibit the deletion of queries. Mostly where referenced in Selections used in Segments & Mkt-Efforts's.

    What we need is a way to replace those "to be Deleted" selections with a dummy entry selection, thus freeing them up for deletion.

    This feature has been delayed due to some other critical work. Setting back to Voting Open until we have a clearer picture of which upcoming service pack it will fall in.

    Is this ability going to be in SP24?

    I've tried Phil Higgs's suggestion, but I can't see how to add the delete button, any tips?

    Hi Pat, a while ago I created a case for this and never got a satisfactory answer;

    Case: 015858836

    What I did gather is that the listbuilders I was interested in The Information Library, Attribute Categories and Smartfields were built differently and don't have the same abilities.

    Where does this fall on the roadmap currently?

    Hi Lorne - we strive for consistency across list builders and datalists. If you've found a specific area that you'd like us to change, document it via an idea entry so it can be tracked.

    Why do you have restrictions on some List Builders and datalists? Why can't I edit the actions on the Information Library List Builder? This is something you've obviously done on purpose for some reason.

    Did Phil's recommendation work?

    Have you thought about creating your own Data List of queries, Adding the Delete Button, and making it Multi-Select

    I also spent hours cleaning up old queries by deleting them one by one.....
