Add an option to output Merge | Ideas for Blackbaud CRM and BBIS

Add an option to output Merge Letters to FTP from processes such as the Acknowledgement Letters process.

This would allow for users to bypass having to manually download the Merge Letter from the process history and have it automatically uploaded to an FTP folder.
