Allow the Run as another user function for Fundraiser on the Go Merged

Our organization would like the ability to use the System Administrator task Run as another user in Fundraiser on the Go, as to see what that application user/fundraiser sees when they use Fundraiser on the Go. This would be tremendously helpful to troubleshoot any issues that might come up.
