allow users to add auction item purchases via Batch.

Users would like to be able to add auction item purchases via Batch.  Users would also like the ability to import auction item purchases.  Currently users can only add auction item purchases via add payment form and not in bulk.

    Since the relationship with Auction Maestro Pro isn't going to include the import into CRM, we need a way to easily get the purchases into CRM without having to enter each purchase as a one-off gift.  This would at least allow the auction functionality to be full circle.
