The column sorting functionality in query results only lets you sort by the 50 results on the page and not the full data set. In other areas of the system such as ‘Application Users’ you are able to sort by the whole list. We have a couple of workarounds such as using the ‘Set Sort and Group Options’ tab and exporting to Excel, but these are massively time consuming for users.
