fix currency exchange error on the pledge payment

When an adjustment is made to a CAD pledge that has a USD payment already attached to it, the payment amount gets changed to the USD payment amount multiplied by the exchange rate. The payment is still in USD.

    We believe this issue was addressed in a previous Service Pack. If this behavior is still being presented, please raise a Support case.
