Add more status options when for Steps and Interactions in Fundraiser on the Go

Currently, when using Fundraiser on the Go, Steps only have the available statuses of Planned, Pending, and Completed. Interactions can only have the Statuses of Pending and Completed. My organization would like to use the Statuses of Declined and Canceled when Adding/Editing Steps and Interactions.
