Currently, if alternate lookup IDs aren't part of the merge configuration and two constituents are merged, with the source constituent deleted, the only indicated that a merge took place is a series of "Edits" from the time of the merge on the target constituent's History Report. We would like there to be more indicators on the history report, and perhaps elsewhere, to indicate that a merge took place.

I would agree that in the constituent history report there should be an indication that a record was merged with another with the date and duplicate record lookup ID.
