Make a SKYUX2 / Angular (angular.io) compatible bbui-angular library
The current bbui-angular library is based on historical versions of both SKY UX and AngularJS. Having an Angular compatible library would allow us to use the more up to date JavaScript library as well as meaning that we could use the latest SKYUX 2 components.
