Allow constituent selections created from a Constituent Map to be deleted

Currently, there does not seem to be a way of deleting such a selection, so we just build up clutter which can't be removed.

    which I couldn't find using search before creating my idea, but which came up as a related idea after I'd created it.  Perhaps the search could be improved to be at least as good as the 'related ideas' search!
