Allow an email address to be end dated even when it is the only email address on the constituent Merged

Currently, CRM will not allow you to end date an email that is the only email address record on the constituent. Email addresses are now pervasive and identifiers. We want to retain even undeliverable ones.  An individual email address may also be one that the constituent no longer uses, and you want to retain it as someone else may provide that email for the constituent and the history is needed so it is known that it is no longer used.

    Agreed - end dates on primary email addresses is needed!

    I would like to also be able to end date an address when you don't have a current address to add at the time.
