Our staff have expressed interested in having the counts of notes, media links and attachments in the documentation and interactions tab reflect the total number of notes, media links and attachments that are reflected on the documentation summary tab.  Currently the tile only displays counts of these fields if they exists as part of constituent documentation, but we often have important documentation included on various associated records like interactions, revenue, prospect plans, etc.
