Within the event module, if you add the invitees, all the names appear in the registrations tab. You're then able to search by name in the "Registrant" filter. However, if you're in a committee within the members tab, you can't search and the only filter available is "Include previous members". 

I would like to see an option of searching by name within a committee/group (instead of jumping page by page). To also maybe have the extra filters that the event registrations tab have of Status, Type, etc would be a great addition as well.
