We cannot do this now and it is causing training and support problems not to be able to view what the user is seeing even with "Run as" functionality.  Adding the capability to "Run As" will allow

• Trainers to train on the KPI dashboard
• Support staff to answer questions about what a user is doing/seeing
• System Administrators to set up a general KPI dashboard available to all users or  help a single user
